RETURNS for any reason other
than damaged upon receipt, must be
sent back within 14 days from UPS receipt date 15% restock will apply.
Items for exchange must be returned first and shipped separate from any
new order and shipping is at your expense both ways 5% fee.

Returning for equal exchange within 15 - 30 days from UPS receipt date
15% added
- Returns for equal
exchange or credit after 30 days - not accepted. If an exception is made
after 30 days a 25% restocking fee will be applied.

Refused orders will be subjects to a 20% restocking charge no other
order will be sent till the charge is paid

Returning for equal
exchange within 14 days from UPS receipt date 5%
handling charged minimum charge $2.95. The
Invoice or copy must be returned with request for exchange along with
product. Be sure to send complete credit card info for balance due with
shipped replacements.

Goods that have been used, altered or damaged
will not be accepted for return. If purchased in a group for
discount, all items must be returned.

orders are double checked for accuracy.
However, should you get an order that is missing items, please email
immediately and we will ship your missing item(s) by regular ground
UPS or US mail as determined by us or we will issue a store credit to
your account or if over $20 we will credit to your credit card. For
small discrepancies we may may choose not ship the item and offer a
credit on the next order at our discretion. For wrong items, email us,
send the return and we will replace or credit your account depending on
the discrepancy as determined by us.

case of error we will only ship by cheapest method at our cost.

can request faster shipping at your expense less our cost to ship by afore
mentioned methods
We will gladly replace the product due to any defect upon
receipt ~ send it to address below.
